The Court. (1) The Court shall comprise a Court of First Instance, a Court of Appeal and a Registry. (2) The Court shall perform the functions assigned to it by this Agreement. 1 Regulation (EC) No 864/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 July 2007 on the law applicable to non-contractual obligations (Rome II) (OJEU L 199, 31.7.2007, p. 40) including any subsequent amendments.
