The Cumulative. Sick Leave Plan shall not apply during the Parental Leave nor shall the current sick leave allowance nor any fraction thereof. Benefits accrued to the commencement of the Parental Leave shall be reinstated at the agreed upon termination of the Parental Leave if the Teacher returns to work.
