Customer definition

Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

Customer means the person for which the Company is rendering service, as well as its agents and/or representatives, including, but not limited to, shippers, importers, exporters, carriers, secured parties, warehousemen, buyers and/or sellers, shipper’s agents, insurers and underwriters, break-bulk agents, consignees, etc. It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide notice and copy(s) of these terms and conditions of service to all such agents or representatives;

• Merchant represents, warrants, and covenants that it will convey good and valid title to the Merchant Products delivered or otherwise made available to a Customer as a result of any Successful Transaction, free and clear of all encumbrances, debts, mortgages, attachments, pledges, charges, claims, and liens of any kind.

• If Vendor would like to display or include any brochures, promotional documents, marketing materials, or other Vendor Information for TIPS and TIPS Member Customer consideration, Vendor may upload those at this location.

More Definitions of Customer

Customer means that person not represented in a real estate transaction. It may be the buyer, seller, landlord or tenant.
