Common use of The Developmental Review Committee Clause in Contracts

The Developmental Review Committee. is a committee consisting of the Faculty Xxxx as Chairperson of the Committee, an Assistant Xxxx of the Faculty or equivalent and two Regular Faculty Members from the Faculty of the faculty member being reviewed, as set out in Article 11.02.3. The Regular faculty members will serve no more than two (2) consecutive years on the committee. The terms of the two faculty members will be staggered to ensure continuity of experience.
