The Employee resigns. The Employee is discharged and the discharge is not reversed through the grievance procedure set forth in this Agreement.
The Employee resigns. The Employee is laid off and fails to report to work within ten (10) working days after being notified in writing to do so. It shall be the responsibility of the Employee to keep the Town informed of their current address.
