Common use of The Facilities Lease Clause in Contracts

The Facilities Lease. This Facilities Lease and all other Contract Documents represent the entire and integrated agreement between District and Contractor and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. The Work described in this Facilities Lease may be amended or modified only by a Change Order as defined in Section 1.06 of these General Conditions.
