The Grant Recipient shall Clause Samples
The Grant Recipient shall. (a) perform all its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the Equality ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and with all regulations and codes of practice made under the same;
(b) comply with other requirements and instructions which the Authority reasonably requires in connection with any equality obligations imposed on the Authority in so far as they relate to the Project under applicable law relating to equality; and
(c) take all necessary steps, and inform the Authority of the steps taken, to prevent unlawful discrimination.
The Grant Recipient shall. 15.11.1 provide Homes England with such information within such timescales as Homes England shall reasonably require:
(a) to support or facilitate the discussions and monitoring referred to in this Clause 15 (Review, Monitoring and Reporting); or
(b) in relation to any Capital Firm Scheme, Revenue Funding Scheme, SHAP Dwellings or such other information as may be reasonably required in connection with this Agreement;
15.11.2 take all reasonable steps to ensure that any information provided to Homes England pursuant to this Clause 15 (Review, Monitoring and Reporting) is accurate in all material aspects.
