The Health Service will. (i) notify the Doctor in writing of the outcome of the investigation process, including the basis of any conclusion; and (ii) provide the doctor with a reasonable opportunity to respond to the outcome of the investigation process, including the basis of any conclusion, before considering whether to take disciplinary action at (c) below.
