Common use of The Inactivity Fee Clause in Contracts

The Inactivity Fee. 9.10.1. If the Client has not made a single transaction on the Client’s trading account during the last 365 calendar days and all the positions on this account are closed, a fee for servicing an inactive trading account is automatically deducted from the Client’s account starting from the first day of the next calendar month and then monthly, this inactivity fee being 10 USD (ten US dollars) per month.
