Common Security Agent definition

Common Security Agent has the meaning given to it in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Common Security Agent means Nordic Trustee Oy or any successor, transferee, replacement or assignee thereof, which has become the Security Agent in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement, holding the Common Transaction Security on behalf of the Common Secured Parties.
Common Security Agent means Citicorp International Limited.

  • This agreement enters into force on the date on which it is signed by both parties hereto and terminates without further notice from any of the parties on the earlier of (i) when the Common Security Agent determines (acting reasonably) that all obligations of the Company and the Common Security Agent under the Common Secured Finance Documents and this agreement have been fulfilled or (ii) when the Common Security Agent has resigned or been replaced in accordance with the Common Secured Finance Documents.

Common Security Agent means GLAS Trust Company LLC, in its capacity as Collateral Trustee under and as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.
