Common Security Agent definition

Common Security Agent has the meaning given to it in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Common Security Agent means Nordic Trustee Oy or any successor, transferee, replacement or assignee thereof, which has become the Security Agent in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement, holding the Common Transaction Security on behalf of the Common Secured Parties.
Common Security Agent means GLAS Trust Company LLC, in its capacity as Collateral Trustee under and as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Each Creditor shall supply the Common Security Agent with any information that the Common Security Agent may reasonably specify as being necessary or desirable to enable the Common Security Agent to perform its functions as Common Security Agent.
