The Lessor undertakes. 3.1.5.1 To notify the Lessee immediately if the Lessor becomes aware of any upcoming power, water, heat, and other sullies cutoffs, as well as of any actions that may affect the use of the Facility by the Lessee, and immediately notify the Lessee on any emergency situations. To make every effort to ensure that electricity, water, heat and operation of the Building are quickly restored in accordance with the terms of the Agreement by posting information on the Building information desk.
