Common use of The Management Accounts Clause in Contracts

The Management Accounts. (a) have been prepared in accordance with good accounting practice on a basis consistent with that upon which the management accounts of the Company for the period to the Accounts Date were prepared; (b) reasonably reflect the financial affairs of the Company at the date to which they have been prepared and its results for the period covered by the Management Accounts; and (c) are not inaccurate or misleading in any material respect.

The Management Accounts. (a) have been properly prepared in accordance with good accounting practice and on a basis consistent with that upon which the management accounts of the Company for the period to employed in preparing the Accounts Date were preparedpreviously adopted; (b) reasonably reflect give a true and fair view of the financial position and state of affairs of the Company at Business on the relevant date to which they have been prepared of such Management Accounts and its results of the position regarding the surplus/deficit of the Business for the period covered by the Management Accounts; andending on that date; (c) are not inaccurate affected by exceptional or misleading in any material respectnon-recurring items.

The Management Accounts. (a) a. have been properly prepared in accordance with good accounting practice on a basis manner consistent with that upon the way in which the management accounts same were applied in preparing the Accounts; and b. having regard to the purpose for which they were prepared, are not misleading in any material respect as at the Management Accounts Date, and do not materially understate or overstate the profit or loss or liabilities of the Company for the period to the Accounts Date were prepared; (b) reasonably reflect the financial affairs of the Company at the date periods to which they have been prepared and its results for the period covered by the Management Accounts; and (c) are not inaccurate or misleading in any material respectrelate.

The Management Accounts. (a) have been prepared in accordance with good and with the same accounting practice policies used in preparing the Accounts, with due care and on a basis consistent with that upon which adopted in the preparation of the management accounts of the Company for each month during the twelve month period prior to the Accounts Date were prepared;Date; and (b) reasonably reflect the financial affairs of the Company as at the date to they were prepared, show accurately (taking into account the purpose for which they have been prepared prepared), the Company’s assets and its results liabilities, and the profit or loss of the Company for the period covered by the Management Accounts; and (c) are not inaccurate or misleading in any material respectrespect of which they were prepared.

The Management Accounts. (a) have been prepared prepared:- (i) in accordance with good generally accepted accounting practice on a basis consistent with that upon which policies; and (ii) the management accounts of the Company for the period to manner used in preparing the Accounts Date were prepared;save that the Management Accounts have not been audited; and (b) reasonably reflect the financial affairs of the Company at the date to which they have been prepared are complete, correct and its results for the period covered by the Management Accounts; and (c) are accurate in all respects and not inaccurate or misleading in any material respect, including fairly presenting all assets and liabilities of the Group (as determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles) as at the Management Accounts Date.
