The Nature of Contract. 2.1 This contract serves as a registration agreement for a vehicle-sharing service, i.e. vehicle leasing on an hourly basis, offered by the Company, SunCar or Shagrir, through which the car rental company shall provide the Primary Subscriber (and according to the terms of the Primary Subscriber and the terms of this contract) according to their requirements, all subject to the provisions set forth in this contract and all its Appendices.

Vendor acknowledges that TIPS is not a dealer, subcontractor, agent, or reseller of Vendor’s goods and services and shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of alleged insufficiencies or defects in Vendor’s goods and services, should any arise.
