Common use of The notice must Clause in Contracts

The notice must. (i) advise the Doctor that the Health Service is not making an offer under subclause 20.1; and (ii) include the details of the reasons for not making the offer (including any grounds on which the Health Service has decided to not make the offer); and (iii) be given to the Doctor within 21 days after the end of the 12-month period referred to in subclause 1.1(a)(i).
