Common use of The Party experiencing Clause in Contracts

The Party experiencing. a Force Majeure shall as soon as is reasonably possible after the commencement of the Force Majeure: (i) notify the other Party in writing of the circumstances creating the Interruption; (ii) explain in writing the effects of the Force Majeure on its ability to perform its obligations under this Terms and Conditions; and (iii) use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance whenever and to whatever extent possible without delay.
