Common use of The Payment clause Clause in Contracts

The Payment clause. The bill in triplicate may be sent to this office for settlement after satisfactorily delivery of the material. The bill should have full particulars of the items(s). No payment shall be made in advance nor shall the loan from any bank or financial institutions be recommended on the basis of the order of award of work.
