The Progress Schedule Clause Samples

The Progress Schedule clause requires the contractor to submit a detailed timeline outlining the sequence and timing of project activities. Typically, this schedule must be approved by the project owner and updated regularly to reflect actual progress and any changes in the work plan. By establishing clear expectations for project milestones and deadlines, this clause helps ensure that all parties are aligned on the project's timeline and provides a basis for monitoring performance and addressing delays.
