THE PROJECT AND THE GRANT. 2.01. The Board agrees to provide to the [Implementing Entity] the Grant in a maximum amount equivalent to United States Dollars (US $ ) for the purposes of the [Project] [Programme]. The [Project] [Programme] document, which details the purposes for which the Grant is made, is set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement. The disbursement schedule and special conditions that apply to the implementation of the Grant are set out in Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
