The Referred Participating Clause Samples
The "Referred Participating" clause defines the rights and obligations of a party who is brought into an agreement or transaction by referral from another participant. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which a referred party may join, the process for their participation, and any benefits or responsibilities that arise from their involvement. For example, it may specify how a new investor or partner, introduced by an existing participant, can become part of a business arrangement. The core function of this clause is to facilitate the smooth inclusion of new parties through referrals, ensuring that all participants understand the terms of such involvement and reducing potential disputes over the process.
