Common use of The Right to Adequate Personal Protective Equipment Clause in Contracts

The Right to Adequate Personal Protective Equipment. The Company will provide, without cost to the Employee, effective protective equipment in good working order when required by law or regulation or when necessary to protect Employees from injury or illness. Such equipment includes, but is not limited to, goggles, hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protectors, face xxxxxxx, respirators, gloves, protective clothing, harnesses and flame resistant clothing.
