Common use of The School Board of Broward County Clause in Contracts

The School Board of Broward County. Florida will insure that its coaches, swimmers, visiting teams and guests shall abide by all YMCA facility, pool, school and FHSAA rules. Athletic Staff/Coaches shall assist YMCA Staff, as required, insuring all pool areas utilized by host, visiting teams and guests are clean of garbage/debris at the conclusion of training and/or the events. Hosting team will abide by the aquatic facilities inclement weather policy and pool deck and locker room rules. The YMCA staff reserves the right to deny admittance or ask any athletes, coaches, guests to leave if necessary.
