THE SEAL OF THE FUND. 1. The Fund shall have and use as occasion may require, a Seal having a device or impression with the inscription “Caribbean Court of Justice Trust Fund.” 2. The Seal of the Fund shall be kept in the custody of the Executive Officer and shall be affixed to documents pursuant to a resolution of the Board in the presence of the Chairman of the Board and the Executive Officer. 3. The Seal shall be authenticated by the signatures of the Chairman of the Board and the Executive Officer.
