The Subtenant’s Covenants Sample Clauses

The Subtenant’s Covenants. All obligations to be observed or performed by the Subtenant in favour of the Sublandlord under this Sublease will be deemed to be the Subtenant’s covenants and all the obligations in favour of the Sublandlord in this Sublease are made on behalf of the Subtenant and its successors and assigns.
