The Syndication Agent and the Documentation Agent Sample Clauses

The Syndication Agent and the Documentation Agent. Any Syndication Agent and any Documentation Agent, if named from time to time, shall have no duties, responsibilities or liabilities under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents other than their duties, responsibilities and liabilities in their capacity as Lenders hereunder.
