THE TENANT’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 5.1 For the avoidance of doubt the tenant is responsible for his/her own actions and those of any other person (including children) living in or visiting the property and the term 'tenant' in this section shall be construed accordingly. The tenant will ensure that any other person (including children) living in or visiting the property will not do anything that the tenant is required not to do by this agreement.
