The Transit Station. Redevelopment Project is not part of the Owner’s Project; provided, however, that the Owner shall be responsible for the construction and financing of, and maintenance costs associated with, the three (3) public, Bus Stops/Bus Stop Shelters located outside of the boundaries of the Transit Station Redevelopment Project, but within the boundaries of the overall Site (as such Bus Stops/Bus Stop Shelters are shown in the PD Zoning).
