Common use of The Vice Presidents Clause in Contracts

The Vice Presidents. In the absence of the President or in the event of the President’s inability or refusal to act, the Vice President (if there is more than one, in the order determined by the Board of Directors, or in the absence of such determination, then in the order of their election) shall perform the duties of the President and, when so acting, shall have all the powers of, and be subject to all the restrictions upon, the President. The Vice Presidents shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Chief Executive Officer, the President or the Board of Directors may from time to time prescribe.
