Common use of Theatre Operations Clause in Contracts

Theatre Operations. The parties agree to maintain the current scheduling practice for employees working in Theatre Operations at Centrepointe Theatre as of December 20, 2007 for as long as they remain in the position at Centrepointe Theatre they were occupying as of the above noted date. The following scheduling regulations will apply to Theatre Operations employees joining the bargaining unit after December 20, 2007.

Theatre Operations. The parties agree to maintain the current scheduling practice for employees working in Theatre Operations at Centrepointe Theatre as of December 20, 2007 for as long as they remain in the position at Centrepointe Theatre they were occupying as of the above noted date. The above entitlement will also apply to employees who are transferred to Xxxxxxxx Arts Centre as long as they remain in the same job they were occupying as of the above noted date. The following scheduling regulations will apply to Theatre Operations employees joining the bargaining unit after December 20, 2007.
