Common use of Theatre Service Participation Clause in Contracts

Theatre Service Participation. From the Effective Date and during the Term, LLC shall provide all aspects of the Service to Cinemark and Cinemark shall exhibit and otherwise participate in such aspects of the Service, on the terms and conditions set forth herein. Subject to the provisions of Section 4.08 (Cinemark Run-Out Obligations), during the Term all Theatres will participate in the Service either as Digitized Theatres or Non-Digitized Theatres.

From the Original Effective Date and during the Term, LLC shall provide all aspects of the Service Advertising Services to Cinemark and Cinemark shall exhibit and otherwise participate in such aspects of the ServiceAdvertising Services, on the terms and conditions set forth herein. Subject to the provisions of Section 4.08 (Cinemark Run-Out Obligations), during the Term all Theatres will participate in the Service Advertising Services either as Digitized Theatres or Non-Digitized Theatres.
