Digitized Theatres. As of the Effective Date and during the Term, pursuant to the terms of Section 4.01 (Content and Distribution of the Digital Content Service and Traditional Content Program), LLC will provide the following Services to the Digitized Theatres, and all Digitized Theatres will, subject to the terms of Section 4.12 (Access to Pre-Feature Program), participate in (i) the Digital Carousel during the period beginning after the preceding feature film (or, in the case of the first feature film of the day, beginning after the opening of the auditorium doors for that film) until the beginning of the Pre-Feature Program, (ii) the Pre-Feature Program, (iii) the Policy Trailer and (iv) the Video Display Program.

Digitized Theatres. As of the Original Effective Date and during the Term, pursuant to the terms of Section 4.01 (Content and Distribution of the Digital Content Service and Traditional Content Program), LLC will provide the following Advertising Services to the Digitized Theatres, and all Digitized Theatres will, subject to the terms of Section 4.12 (Customer Access to Pre-Feature Program), participate in (i) the Pre-Feature Program, (ii) the Policy Trailer and (iii) the Video Display Program. Additionally, LLC may provide the Digital Carousel during the period beginning after the preceding feature film (or, in the case of the first feature film of the day, beginning after the opening of the auditorium doors for that film) until the beginning of the Pre-Feature Program and, if LLC provides the Digital Carousel, then all Digitized Theatres will, subject to the terms of Section 4.12 (Customer Access to Pre-Feature Program), participate in the Digital Carousel.

Digitized Theatres. AMC covenants that at least 90 percent of Loews Theatres shall be Digitized Theatres, as such term is defined in the AMC ESA, as of the Run-Out Exclusivity End Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, AMC acknowledges and agrees that the Loews Theatres shall be treated as Digitized Theatres for purposes of the Common Unit Adjustment Agreement.

  • Artwork 16.01. Artist agrees that G2 is the owner of any and all artwork, LP jacket art, and promotional artistic renderings undertaken or completed within the Option Terms of this Agreement. Artist shall have the right to use artwork which has been mutually approved by G2 and Artist for the purpose of Merchandising.

  • USE OF THIRD PARTY SYSTEMS-LEVEL SOFTWARE State Street and the Fund acknowledge that in connection with the Data Access Services provided under this Addendum, the Fund will have access, through the Data Access Services, to Fund Data and to functions of State Street’s proprietary systems; provided, however that in no event will the Fund have direct access to any third party systems-level software that retrieves data for, stores data from, or otherwise supports the System.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.

  • Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.

  • Programming Seller shall not make any material changes in the broadcast hours or in the percentages of types of programming broadcast by the Station, or make any other material change in the Station's programming policies, except such changes as in the good faith judgment of the Seller are required by the public interest.
