Theatrical Music Cue Sheets. Six (6) copies of the music cue sheets in standard form showing particulars of all music synchronized with the Picture, including but not limited to titles, composers, publishers, applicable performing societies (e.g., ASCAP, BMI), form of usage (e.g., visual, background, instrumental, vocal, etc.,) and timings. The cue sheet shall indicate whether a master use license is required on each outside cue listed on the cue sheet and its source (e.g., record company name).
