Themed landscape. ▪ Beautification of street with thematic plantation (shrubs/plants) wherever applicable ▪ Lawn development including ornamental / flowering shrubs between the property line & proposed pedestrian walkway all along the stretch on LHS ▪ Procurement of at least 100 no. of planter boxes for flowering plants preferable ornamental / shrubs -– to be installed within the railings. ▪ Providing lighting / illumination (with LED light) to the landscaped areas ▪ The Concessionaire shall take utmost care during the plantation works (Themed landscape, Avenue plantation & Plant boxers) duly ensuring high survivability (more than 95%) of the planting materials and quality of execution through their required appropriate level of expertise and experiences in handling of the work.

  • Landscape Develop and coordinate landscape design concepts entailing analysis of existing conditions, proposed components and how the occupants will use the facility. Include location and description of planting, ground improvements and visual barriers.

  • Landscaping Maintaining, tending and cultivating and (as necessary) re-stocking any garden or grassed areas including replacing plants, shrubs and trees as necessary.

  • Fill, Backfill and Landscaping No soil found on Site, or transported to the Site from remote locations, which contains debris or waste or Hazardous Materials shall be used for fill, backfill or landscaping topsoil.

  • Pavement The combined surface course, base course, and subbase course, if any, considered as a single unit.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas.   • School Improvement The conditions which follow shall govern employee participation in any and all plans, programs, or projects included in the terms, site-based decision making, school improvement, effective schools as provided in Act 197, P.A. 1987 (Section 15.1919 (919b) MSA) or other similar plans:

  • AMENITIES Amenities shall be prescribed as provided in Appendix F of this Agreement.
