Restrooms. The Department of State requires separate employee bathrooms for both men and women further depending upon local code the Department requires at minimum one unisex restroom accessible from the lobby for our customers. Again depending upon local codes a separate men’s and women’s restroom may be required. These restrooms must comply with all ADA and Michigan Barrier Free Design codes and also comply with the specifications noted within including 9.2, 9.3, 10.2, 15.4 and 15.7.   • Landscaping means the treatment of land (other than buildings) being the site or part of the site in respect of which this planning permission is granted, for the purpose of enhancing or protecting the amenities of the site and the area in which it is situated and includes screening by fences, walls or other means of enclosure; measures to screen the refuse provision; planting of trees, hedges, shrubs or grass; formation of banks, terraces or other earth works, laying out of gardens, paved areas or courts and other amenity features.

  • Plumbing means plumbing as defined in Section 1(1) of the Act.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Amenities are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.
