Things beyond our control. We will not be liable to you if we are unable to provide you with the Services, or perform any of our obligations under this Agreement because of something beyond our control. Such factors may include, but will not be limited to, acts of God, industrial action, war, terrorist act, governmental action, any act or decision made by court of competent jurisdiction, or delay, default or failure by a third party supplier or network operator.
