Common use of Third Amendment Clause in Contracts

Third Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received this Amendment executed and delivered by the Administrative Agent, the Company, and Lenders party to the Credit Agreement constituting the “Majority Lenders” thereunder (or, in the case of any Lender, a lender addendum or joinder agreement in a form specified by the Administrative Agent).

Third Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received this Amendment Third Amendment, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of the Administrative Agent, the Company, Borrower and Lenders party to the Credit Agreement constituting the “Majority Lenders” thereunder (or, in the case of any Lender, a lender addendum or joinder agreement in a form specified by the Administrative Agent)each other Loan Party.
