Common use of Third Level Clause in Contracts

Third Level. If no resolution is achieved at the second level of review, the issue will be elevated to the affected Department's Director, the Workers' Compensation Manager at CalHR, and State Fund's State Contract Services CalHR Liaison for resolution.
