Third or subsequent offense Sample Clauses

Third or subsequent offense. For a student who commits a third or subsequent offense, SFPD may refer the case to CARC/Juvenile Probation for filing with the Court or further diversion. If the student has attended a diversion program in that year or any previous school year and the student has committed a similar lowlevel schoolbased offense, the next similar minor schoolbased offense may result in a complaint being filed with the Court. Notwithstanding this graduated response system, an SFPD officer has the discretion to refer the case to CARC.
