Commencing upon the Commencement Date, Tenant shall pay directly to a third party, as additional rent (“Third Party Additional Rent”), all sums of money of any and every sort required to be paid by Tenant to a third party under this Lease, whether or not the same are designated as Third Party Additional Rent.
