Third party authorisations. The Client is responsible for obtaining, and must obtain, all third party authorisations, consents, approvals or permissions necessary or desirable for the use, broadcast or communication by SCA of all Advertising Material including SCA Materials.
Third party authorisations. 28.1 At times We may need to contact Your third party providers on Your behalf, such as Your internet provider. Some of these providers may require Your authorisation for Us to deal on Your behalf. It is Your responsibility to ensure that We are able to deal freely with these providers.
Third party authorisations. 43.8.1. Without limiting the obligations of the Service Provider under this Agreement and subject to the terms of any Third Party contracts, if requested by Transnet Engineering as part of the Disengagement, the Service Provider shall assist Transnet Engineering in procuring, any Third Party authorisations necessary to grant Transnet Engineering the use and benefit of any Third Party contracts between the Service Provider and Third Party contractors used to provide the Services, pending their assignment to Transnet Engineering pursuant to clause 43.11.
Third party authorisations. Without limiting the obligations of Provider pursuant to clause 44.4 and subject to the terms of any Third Party contracts, if requested by Service Recipient as part of the Disengagement, Provider shall procure, at no charge to Service Recipient, any Third Party authorisations necessary to grant Service Recipient the use and benefit of any Third Party contracts between Provider and Third Party contractors used to provide the Services, pending their assignment to Service Recipient pursuant to clause 42.3.6.
