The 'Third party authorisations' clause establishes the requirement for one or both parties to obtain necessary permissions, consents, or approvals from external entities that are not direct parties to the agreement. Third party authorisations. The Client is responsible for obtaining, and must obtain, all third party authorisations, consents, approvals or permissions necessary or desirable for the use, broadcast or communication by SCA of all Advertising Material including SCA Materials.
