Third Party Contracts definition

Third Party Contracts means any agreements entered into by the Retailer and/or the Customer with any third parties, such as the Transmission Licensee and the MSSL, to enable the Retailer to retail electricity to Contestable Consumers. For the purposes of this Electricity Agreement, Third Party Contracts shall include, but is not limited to, the Retailer Use of Systems Agreement, the Market Support Services Agreement, and the Power System Operator•Market Participant Agreement (as defined under the Market Rules);
Third Party Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
Third Party Contracts means those certain ethanol marketing agreements and distillers grain marketing agreements by and among a Person (other than an Affiliate Plant) and Borrowers, or any of them, and each individually referred to as a “Third Party Contract”.

More Definitions of Third Party Contracts

Third Party Contracts means any contracts, including licences, but excluding contracts relating to employment, entered into by Client, or any Client Affiliates the benefit of which relates to, or which are used in whole or in part for providing services equivalent to the Services immediately prior to the Commencement Date as identified in Schedule D (Third Party Contracts);
