Common use of Third Party Covered Machines Clause in Contracts

Third Party Covered Machines. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Attachment A, the following provisions shall apply to Third Party Covered Machines. During the Third Party Maintenance Term, Supplier will provide Supplier and Third Party Maintenance Services for * and * in accordance with the Service Level specified for such Third Party Covered Machines in Exhibit B.1.
