Third Party Links. The System may contain links to the websites of third parties (“Linked Sites”) or provide the opportunity to use or access third-party software or services that are not part of the Services (“Third-Party Software”) offered by a third party other than a Vendor (a “Third-Party Vendor”). Bank does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any Linked Sites or Third-Party Software and makes no representations or warranties whatsoever with respect thereto. Customer is solely responsible for its use of any Linked Sites or Third-Party Software and agrees that it must look to the Third-Party Vendor, and not Bank, for any content, services and any problems or claims related to its use of the Linked Sites or Third-Party Software, including any security or data breach.
