Third Party Partners. No third-party partners of the Company or its Subsidiaries has notified the Company or its Subsidiaries in writing, and to the knowledge of the Company there is no reason to believe, that such partner does not intend to continue dealing with the Company or its Subsidiaries on substantially the same terms as presently conducted, subject to changes in pricing and volume in the ordinary course of business.
