Winners. 7.1 Prizes are awarded only to the winners of the Challenge and are subjected to compliance with the following conditions:
a) The Deliverables must comply with Section 6 (“Deliverables”); and
b) It can be proven that the winning Problem Solvers fulfill all the conditions of eligibility in Section 4.
7.2 No prize will be awarded to any Participant who does not fulfill any of the above conditions.
7.3 No assignment or transfer of any prize is allowed by a winner. If a potential winner cannot be reached, is unable to accept the prize or any portion of the prize for any reason, Problem Owner shall have no further obligation to such potential winner. Problem Owner will not be required to replace any lost or stolen prize after the prizes are awarded to winners. Winners will accept the prize “as is”. Problem Owner disclaims any warranty regarding the prizes.
7.4 Any Participant who does not fulfil the conditions of Participation as provided in the Terms during their registration and/or at any time during the Challenge will be summarily disqualified from the Challenge without prior notice and will not be entitled to any prize. In the event that a prize is awarded to a Participant who does not meet the conditions of Participation when registering or throughout the duration of the Challenge, Problem Owner(s) and/or Organiser reserves the right to require the Participant to return the awarded prize.
Winners. Each Winner will receive two (2) tickets for the attending parents to a suite at Toyota Center in Houston, Texas for the Houston Rockets home game indicated above for the applicable Drawing. Prize shall also include a co-branded onesie for crawling baby, two co-branded t-shirts for attending parents, and the opportunity to compete in the Contest (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $875). The winner of the Contest shall receive a pillow and Rockets merchandise, to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and/or the Houston Rockets (the “Contest Prize”) (ARV: $125). In the event that the Contest results in a tie, all winners of the tied Contest will receive the same Contest Prize.
Winners. The winner shall be judged on adherence to the Contest’s submission description and requirements. The winner will be announced on May 18, 2021. PRIZES - AWARDING: Three (3) Winners will be chosen. No transfer or substitution of prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of GGC due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for a prize of equal or greater value. PRIZES AND DONATIONS - TYPES: One (1) First Place Winner will receive one (1) $1,000 cash scholarship award. Two (2) Runner Up Winners will each receive one (1) $250 cash scholarship award. PRIZE REDEMPTION: By email/ phone: The eligible Winner will be contacted by GGC at the end of the contest. The Prize may be forfeited by an eligible Winner if that eligible Winner cannot be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours after the Contest draw. Odds of winning prizes do not depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. None of the prizes awarded may be substituted and are not transferable. The award made to a minor Entrant shall be accepted on their behalf by the Entrant’s parent or guardian. GENERAL CONDITIONS: If the identity of an on-line Entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected Entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry or vote in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). By participating in the Contest, the Entrant shall consent to GGC obtaining the personal information contained in the Entry form. GGC holds the right to terminate the Contest, amend Contest rules or change Contest rules at any time without prior notice. Any Entrant in the Contest shall have no legal recourse against GGC, and its agents, assigns, advertising agency and consultants and their respective employees for any such changes, cancellation or termination. All decisions with respect to the administration of the Contest shall be made by representatives of GGC and such decisions will be final and binding. Winners. The University, in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender identity, gender expression, age, religion, disability, political beliefs, or status as a veteran in any of its policies, practices, or procedures. The decision of the Judges in every instance shall be final and unchallengeable. In their absolute discretion, the Judges may declare an entry void if it does not meet any of the required criteria. I have read and agree that I, for and on behalf of Minor, myself, my and Xxxxx’s personal representatives, heirs, assigns and next-of-kin will not challenge the decisions of the judges.
Winners. We will post a list of winners on the Site immediately following each tournament. If We determine that fraudulent activity or cheating took place in any tournament, We, at our sole discretion, may disqualify one or more winners and reclaim any prizes paid in accordance with these Terms of Use. In the event of any dispute as to the results of any tournament, including, but not limited to, interpretation of any tournament rules, interpretation of any answers, or interpretation of any results in any underlying activity, Our determination as to the dispute is final.
Winners. 5.1. Winning team shall be chosen according to the votes by the panel of judges and based on the criteria which shall be clearly known to Participants.
5.2. The prize for winning team is as follows: 1st place – equivalent of $1000 per team 2nd place – equivalent of $600 per team 3rd place – equivalent of $400 per team
5.3. Participant acknowledges and agrees that ELEKS shall have no liability whatsoever on how the prize/compensation will be split up between winning Participant and/or his winning team.
Winners. The selected winners will be notified by email. Each potential winner will have twenty-four (24) hours from the moment such notification is issued to respond to such notification by following the instructions provided therein. If a potential winner timely responds to such notification, he/she must complete, sign and return all required documentation within twenty-four (24) hours of issuance (or within any such time period as otherwise indicated by Think Loud). If the potential winner does not return signed documents within the required time period, he/she may be deemed ineligible. If the potential winner does not comply with these rules, he/she may be disqualified, and the prize will correspondingly be forfeited. In the event of noncompliance with either the rules or any time limitation, an alternate winner will be selected at Think Loud’s sole discretion. By entering this Drawing and/or accepting the prize, all entrants consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures or other likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes as determined by Think Loud and its designees without further approval or compensation. Think Loud has the right to revise dates and procedures mentioned in these rules.
Winners. By making a submission to the Contest, the Entrant is legally bound by this Agreement, and if selected as a Winning Entrant by KMH, to accept a Prize provided under this Agreement as valuable consideration to create a Final Representation of their winning Sketch to BPC within the time limitations, size requirements, and other terms and conditions agreed to herein. (“Final Representation”) Upon completion of performance under this Agreement, the Winning Entrant immediately grants to KMH the ownership of all future copyright, merchandising rights, licenses, and rights to royalties in the finished Final Representation.
Winners. 9.1. The Bank shall notify all Winners via SMS/telephone/electronic mailer/mailer based on their contact details maintained in the Bank’s system. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Bank reserves the right to use any other medium or method, including the Bank’s website at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx as it deems fit in its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Winners.
9.2. All Prizes shall be credited into the respective Winners’ Principal Card account with the selected winning Entry within twelve (12) weeks from the end of the campaign period and shall be displayed in his statement of Card account.
9.3. Prize is given is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other kinds, whether in part or in full.
