Third-Party Premium Payment. a. Premium payments must be made by the Contractholder, and we will not accept Premium payments from third-party payers except as required by law and as noted below: i. a Xxxx Xxxxx HIV/AIDS Program; ii. an Indian tribe, tribal organization, or urban Indian organization; iii. a local, state, or Federal government program, including a grantee directed by a government program to make payments on its behalf; iv. a designated representative, acceptable to us, which may include family members and domestic partners; b.
