Common use of Third Party Property Clause in Contracts

Third Party Property. Any fixtures, personal property or intellectual property owned by (i) the lessor under any Equipment Leases or (ii) the supplier, vendor, licensor or other party under any Operating Agreements or Licenses and Permits.

Third Party Property. Any fixtures, personal property, equipment, artwork, trademarks or other intellectual property or intellectual property other assets which are (A) owned or leased by (ix) the lessor supplier or vendor under any Equipment Leases Contract or (iiy) the supplier, vendor, licensor Tenants or other party under any Operating Agreements or Licenses and Permits.(B) leased by Seller; and

Third Party Property. Any fixtures, personal property, equipment, artwork, trademarks or other intellectual property or intellectual property other assets which are (A) owned or leased by (ix) the lessor supplier or vendor under any Equipment Leases Contract, (y) Tenants, or (iiz) the supplierProperty Manager, vendor, licensor or other party under any Operating Agreements or Licenses and Permits.(B) leased by Seller;

Third Party Property. Any fixtures, fixtures or personal property or intellectual property owned by (i) the lessor under any Equipment Leases or Leases, (ii) the supplier, vendor, licensor supplier or other party vendor under any Operating Agreements Contracts or Licenses and Permits, (iii) any guests or customers of the Hotel, or (iv) any Person other than Seller or its Affiliates.

Any fixtures, personal property or intellectual property owned by (i) the any third party lessor under any Equipment Leases or Leases, (ii) the any third party supplier, vendor, licensor or other party under any Operating Agreements Agreements, or Licenses and Permits., (iii) any third party tenant under any Leases, (iv) any Employees, or (v) any guests or customers of the Hotel; and

Any fixtures, personal property, equipment, artwork, trademarks or other intellectual property or intellectual property other assets which are (A) owned or leased by (ix) the lessor supplier or vendor under any Equipment Leases Contract or (iiy) Seller’s property manager of the supplier, vendor, licensor Property or other party under any Operating Agreements or Licenses and Permits.(B) leased by Seller;

Any fixtures, personal property, equipment, trademarks or other intellectual property or intellectual property other assets which are owned by (iA) the lessor supplier or vendor under any Equipment Leases or Contract, (iiB) the supplier, vendor, licensor or other party tenant under any Operating Agreements or Licenses Space Lease and Permits.(C) the Property Manager;

Any fixtures, personal property or intellectual property owned by (i) the lessor under any Equipment Leases or Leases, (ii) the supplier, vendor, licensor or other party under any Operating Agreements or Licenses and Permits., (iii) the tenant under any Tenant Leases, (iv) any Employees, or (v) any guests or customers of the Hotels;

Any fixtures, personal property, equipment, trademarks or other intellectual property or intellectual property other assets which are owned by (iA) the lessor supplier or vendor under any Equipment Leases Contract, (B) the tenant under any Lease, (C) any employees of Sellers, or (iiD) the supplierany tenant, vendorguest, licensor patient or other party under customer of any Operating Agreements or Licenses and Permits.Real Property;

Third Party Property. Any fixtures, personal property, equipment, trademarks or other intellectual property or intellectual property other assets which are owned by (iA) the lessor supplier or vendor under any Equipment Leases Contract, (B) any Employees, (C) any guests or customers of the Property or (iiD) the supplierManager (collectively, vendor, licensor or other party under any Operating Agreements or Licenses and Permits.the “Excluded Personal Property”);

Third Party Property. Any fixtures, personal property, equipment, artwork, trademarks or other intellectual property or intellectual property other assets which are (A) owned or leased by (ix) the lessor supplier or vendor under any Equipment Leases Contract, (y) Tenants or (iiz) the supplier, vendor, licensor any property manager or (B) leased by Seller or any Affiliate thereof (other party under than any Operating Agreements or Licenses and Permits.Acquired Entity);

Third Party Property. Any fixtures, personal property, equipment, trademarks or other intellectual property or intellectual property other assets which are owned by (iA) the lessor supplier or vendor under any Equipment Leases Contract, (B) the tenant under any Space Lease, (C) any Employees, (D) any guests or customers of any Property, or (iiE) any Manager or Franchisor, but excluding (i.e., the supplier, vendor, licensor or other party under following shall be included in Asset-Related Property and transferred to the Buyer at Closing) any Operating Agreements or Licenses and Permits.rights and/or interests the Sellers may have in the foregoing; and
