The Pittsburgh Bank agrees that if it is served with process or any other governmental or regulatory request for the Confidential Information, it will notify the General Counsel of the MPF Provider by telephone at (000) 000-0000 or by facsimile transmission at (000) 000-0000 or such telephone numbers as may be set forth in the FHLB Guide, prior to complying with such process, order or request, except where such prior notice is prohibited by law.
