Common use of Third Party Sharing Clause in Contracts

Third Party Sharing. 8.3.1 Personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences, other personal data and special category personal data shared in accordance with this Agreement will only be used for the specific purpose for which they are requested. 8.3.2 The information shared shall only be disclosed by Bark & Co to TM EYE for the purposes of giving or taking instructions in the criminal proceedings to which the information relates. It is provided solely and exclusively for the court for use in the criminal proceedings. 8.3.3 The information shared should not be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of the Party that provided the information in the first instance, unless required by law.
