Third Party Subcontract. Third Party Subcontract means a Subcontract at any tier entered into by Contractor or Subcontractor, financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance originally derived from the Federal awarding agency.
Third Party Subcontract. Solstice reserves the right to subcontract the functions described in this Section to a third party. Provider agrees to cooperate with any third party designee of Solstice.
14.1. Provider’s Ethical Responsibility. Provider agrees to comply with the Protocols; however, nothing in this Agreement shall override the professional or ethical responsibility of Provider or interfere with Provider’s ability to render information or assistance to Provider’s patients.
