Third Party Use. A. If You are an entity, Your contractors may use the Materials under the license specified in Section 2, provided: (i) their use of the Materials is solely on behalf of and in support of Your business, (ii) they agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (iii) You are solely responsible for their use, misuse or disclosure of the Materials.
